A few days ago I logged in to my computer and had my 1 TB Toshiba External Hard Drive connected and it wouldn't let my explorer load. I unplugged it and explorer immediately loaded. Now I can't access my 2nd partition on the Toshiba External Hard Drive. Not sure how long this has been happening but the 1st partition works fine. I really need my pictures and docs off of it. Is there any way to access the drive and get back all files?
